Easy Sour Cream Enchiladas

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1/4 cup flour
2 cups canned chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1 can chopped green chiles
1 package tortillas
1 package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
chopped onions (as needed)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°.  Mix melted butter and flour. Stir in broth and heat to thicken.  Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and chilies.
Microwave tortillas to prevent from breaking.  Fill with about 1 oz. cheese and onions. Roll up; place in 9x13 pan and pour sauce over all.  Bake 15-20 minutes.
