I'm pretty sure we all think of the same thing when we hear "fiber cereal." Rabbit food. At least that's what the cereal my dad used to eat looked like. Little brown pellets that I imagined tasted like dirt. There was no way you could even get me to try it. Fiber One has changed all that! Finally, a fiber cereal that tastes good! Fiber One contains 11 grams of fiber (43% of the Daily Value), 23 grams of whole grain (at least 48 recommended daily), and 180 calories per serving. Bye bye rabbit food! I absolutely love this cereal. It is tasty and crunchy, just the way I like my cereal.
